We had an unusual house to sale. It has lots of square footage but needs some updating. Consequently, pricing the home was a bit challenging. The inside of the home was more appealing then pictures portrayed, not because of the quality of the pictures, but because of staging. We had already emptied the house of much of the furniture and decor and we did not have the time and energy for improving the presentation. Therefore, we have no complaints. We were pleasantly pleased with Tom's ability to work with us and his sensitivity to our needs.
